By default, Crosslist uses .com top-level domain to import listings from and post listings to.
However, some marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark and Vinted use different domains based on the geographical location they are targeting.
If you want to use the .ca, .com.au or .co.uk variants of these marketplaces, you can follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to your account details by clicking the Account icon at the top right of your screen.
- You can then change the domain under the Settings tab.
Note that the domain change will apply for both importing, cross listing and bulk posting.
You can also use the mechanism outlined above to cross list your inventory on multi-regional websites that use a different top-level domain, e.g. from Poshmark.com to Poshmark.ca.
To do this, simply set the domain to the top-level domain of the website you want to cross list from; in our example this is Poshmark.com. Then, bulk or single import your listings into Crosslist.
Afterwards, go back to your account settings and set the domain to the top-level domain of the website you want to cross list to. In our example, this is Poshmark ca.
Lastly, navigate to your listings and click the Post button. Crosslist will now open Poshmark.ca tabs and start completing the listing form with your Poshmark.com information.
