If you’re a UK-based e-commerce seller who is on the hunt for a cross listing app, you probably already know the uncomfortable truth: most of the major cross listing apps (with the exception of Crosslist and Vendoo) only support US-based marketplaces.
So, if you’re looking for a cross listing app to help you crosspost your listings to eBay UK and Vinted UK?
You have very few options available (and even those are hard to find), which just seems unfair.
So we put together this list of the best cross listing apps UK sellers actually have.
Each of these support cross listing to the UK variants of online marketplaces, so let’s dive in!
Key takeaways
Most cross listing apps don't support UK marketplaces. Tools like Nifty, Flyp, List Perfectly, and PrimeLister are only available in the US.
Crosslist is the top choice for UK sellers, it supports all major UK marketplaces including Vinted, eBay UK, Depop, and Etsy, with a one-form approach and background autoposting.
Vinted support is the key differentiator, it's the biggest UK marketplace and only a handful of tools support it reliably.
SellerAider and Zipsale are UK-focused alternatives but lack autoposting.
Vendoo technically supports UK marketplaces but its Vinted integration has been unreliable.
What is the best cross listing app UK sellers can use?
When you search for cross listing apps, these are the most popular ones that pop up. Most of them show up in our wider roundup of the best cross listing apps for resellers, but here we're only interested in the ones that actually work in the UK.
The catch is that most of these are only available in the US and don't support UK marketplace variants.
Some of them also don’t support Vinted or have unstable Vinted integrations.
To save you the trouble of checking each tool individually, here’s a quick overview of apps that support UK marketplaces and whether their Vinted support is reliable enough for daily use:
Popular app name | Does it support UK platforms? | Reliable Vinted support? |
Crosslist | ✅ | ✅ |
Vendoo | ✅ | ⚠️ Limited / unstable |
List Perfectly | ❌ | ❌ |
Flyp | ❌ | ❌ |
OneShop | ❌ | ❌ |
Nifty | ❌ | ❌ |
PrimeLister | ❌ | ❌ |
As the table shows, most of the popular cross listing apps on the market are built for the US only. Nifty and Flyp can't support Vinted at all due to server-side architecture limitations. List Perfectly, PrimeLister, and OneShop simply don't operate outside the US.
That leaves UK sellers with very few options, and even fewer that reliably support Vinted, the UK's largest reselling marketplace.
So, which tools actually work? Let's go through them.
Crosslist
Pricing: Starts at $29.99/month (with a 15% and 30% discount when you choose the quarterly and annual subscriptions respectively)
Free trial: 3-day money-back guarantee if you create 20 or fewer listings
Crosslist is the #1 cross listing app for UK sellers, and for good reason.
For starters, our tool supports a total of 11+ marketplaces (and their UK variants, if available).
So, as a UK seller, you’ll be able to cross list to the following marketplaces with Crosslist:
eBay
Vinted
Etsy
Grailed
Depop
Shopify
Whatnot
Facebook Marketplace
WooCommerce
If you already have existing inventory, you can import all of it to Crosslist (no matter how large) in a single click within minutes.
You can either import your full inventory at once, or do it in batches.

If you want to bring in specific listings, use the advanced search function to filter among your listings.
Crosslist also lets you hide listings that have already been imported to prevent any overlaps.
If your listings are posted in several marketplaces, you can also link them quite easily.
For instance, if you import 50 listings from Vinted that are also posted on Etsy, you can link them together by adding the listing URL from Etsy.
Alternatively, you can create a fresh listing right inside Crosslist. Unlike other cross listing tools, Crosslist only asks you to fill a single universal listing form.
This form contains all the possible listing information required by the 11+ supported marketplaces.
Once you’ve filled out the form, simply select all the marketplaces you would like to list it on, and your work is done! Crosslist will automatically post the listings in the background.
You won’t have to fill out any additional platform-specific forms, or review the listings and publish them manually. Now, that’s what we call a true time-saver.

You can easily cross list your listings in bulk as well.
No matter how many listings you work with at a time, Crosslist won’t slow down your computer because our tool only opens a single tab for each marketplace.
Crosslist also has a dedicated mobile app that lets you create, edit, cross list, and manage your entire inventory from your phone.
Source items at a car boot sale and list them before you leave. Most competitors on this list, including SellerAider and Zipsale, can't match this.
When an item sells on any connected marketplace, Crosslist automatically detects the sale with sales detection and removes the listing from every other platform with autodelist.
No double-selling, no cancelled orders. This is especially important for UK sellers managing listings across Vinted, eBay UK, and Depop simultaneously.
Moving stock straight from eBay to Vinted is one of the most common UK workflows, and Crosslist handles it without a second form.
Track what's selling, where, and for how much with the detailed analytics dashboard, across all your connected marketplaces. Make smarter decisions about what to source and where to list.
Other bulk actions that Crosslist supports include bulk delisting and relisting, bulk editing your listings, bulk deletion, and bulk price changes.
You can edit up to 100 listings using the bulk editor tool on an easy-to-modify spreadsheet.

Alternatively, you can also create a template with the required edits and apply the template to all the listings you want to update. Pretty neat, huh?
Crosslist also gives you the option of marking up or marking down your prices in bulk.
You can either set a fixed mark-up or mark-down or use percentages. To mark down your prices, use negative values.

If you feel like you need to set different prices for different marketplaces to cover the cost of fees, you can use Crosslist to set custom prices for each marketplace!
Inventory management is also pretty easy with Crosslist. You can view all of your listings on a single dashboard, including the marketplaces they have been listed on. Make use of categories and tags to easily filter your listings.
One of Crosslist’s standout features is the add-on that lets you generate your listings with AI.
All you need to do is upload your product images and let the AI do its thing. It generates every single listing detail, including product condition, colour, size, and brand.
The AI add-on also crawls through the internet, analyses market trends, and suggests the most competitive prices for your products.
This will be a lifesaver for you if you struggle with pricing your items accurately.
Some other intuitive features of Crosslist that make your life easier include its advanced image editor and unlimited photo background removal tool, which automatically resizes the images based on marketplace preferences.
The tool also lets you set up default shipping options for each marketplace that are automatically applied to your listings.
Finally, Crosslist is super affordable and has plans that offer unlimited cross listing! If you pick an annual subscription plan, you can save an additional 30%.
Looking for a discount without the commitment of locking into an annual subscription? Try our quarterly plans which give you a 15% discount.
So, whether you’re selling Pokemon cards on eBay or handcrafted scarves on Etsy, Crosslist is the best cross listing tool for your business!
Unlike many competitors, Crosslist was built to support both US and international sellers, including the UK, Canada, and Australia.
Since Vinted is the biggest UK marketplace not supported by most competitors, being able to cross list on Vinted is a major advantage.
And if your Vinted listings have gone stale, you can relist them in bulk to push them back to the top.
Crosslist pros:
Supports 11 marketplaces and their UK variants
Uses the “one form, many marketplaces” approach which actually saves you time
Has auto posting of listings in the background, so no manual intervention needed from you
Full native mobile app for on-the-go listing, editing, and inventory management
Autodelist + sales detection that automatically removes sold items from all connected marketplaces
Analytics dashboard to track sales performance across marketplaces
Reliable Vinted support, the biggest UK resale marketplace that most competitors can't properly access
Unlimited background removals included on every plan
Supports bulk actions, such as importing, cross listing, delisting and relisting, and editing
Has an AI add-on that generates product descriptions and suggests optimal prices for you
Lets you set custom prices for each marketplace
Has the option of marking prices up or down in bulk
Ability to set default shipping options
Personalized customer support 24x7
Affordable, with discounted quarterly and annual plans
Crosslist cons:
AI features require a separate AI add-on subscription
No built-in Poshmark or eBay automation bot as Crosslist currently focuses on cross listing and inventory management rather than marketplace-specific automation tools like sharing or auto-offers
For some marketplaces, automatic sales detection and autodelist require the desktop app/browser extension to be running in the background
Bottom line: Crosslist is the best cross listing software out there as it offers the most bang for the buck. Not only is it affordable, it also frees up hours of your time every week.
The tool also has plans that offer unlimited cross listing, so it’s suitable for sellers of all types, from hobbyists to enterprise-level sellers.
It's the best cross listing app UK sellers can choose, managing every connected marketplace from one dashboard.
Put your listing process on autopilot and use your precious time to actually grow your business by using Crosslist.
SellerAider
Pricing: Starts at $12.99/month (or $140/year when paid annually)
Free trial: 14 days

SellerAider is a cross listing tool that boasts the support of 15+ marketplaces.
Apart from the usual suspects, you can also cross list to WooCommerce, Shpock, Instagram (with partial support), and Vestiaire Collective.
To cross list your listings between marketplaces, you need to pick the “Crosslister” plans.
SellerAider works by copying your listing details from one marketplace to another.
So, if you want to cross list your listings from Depop to eBay, you’ll first have to install the SellerAider extension, log in to your Depop account, and click on the “Crosslist” widget you see.

Next, you’ll have to select the listings you want to cross list and pick the platform you want to post it to. SellerAider will open a new tab for each listing, and copy the listing data over from Depop.
It’s now on you to review each listing for errors, fill out the missing field attributes, and post it.
While SellerAider does save you some time by copying all the listing data over, it’s missing a crucial feature: automatic posting of the listings.
You still have to go in and manually check each of the listings, which can eat up a good chunk of your time.
In essence, it's a glorified form filler that autocompletes a bunch of basic information (like how your browser completes credit card info) but doesn't offer any true automation. Naturally, this approach is not suited for larger inventories as well; as you'll have to confirm each listing individually after posting.
If you don’t have existing inventory to cross list from, you can create a fresh listing on SellerAider and select all the places you want to post it to.
The app also supports AI-generated listings. Upload pictures of your products, and a full listing will be created for you!
You can also send your existing inventory to SellerAider’s dashboard to manage everything in one place.
However, if you have a listing posted on multiple marketplaces, you need to enter the URL of each of those listings so that SellerAider can track them all. Doing this for several listings can get tedious.
With Crosslist, listings are automatically merged on title and images, which means you only have one listing in your inventory that is linked to all the marketplaces you sell on.
If you sell different variants of the same product, you can group all of those listings in SellerAider, too. If an item is out of stock, you can mark it as sold and the app will delist it from all the marketplaces.
In addition to the cross listing plans, SellerAider also has separate “Grow” plans with automation tools to help boost your listings.
With the Grow plan, you can relist your stale listings, edit your listings in bulk, and send automatic offers to sellers.
SellerAider pros:
Supports 15+ marketplaces
Saves time by copying over all the listing details for you to cross list
Supports AI-generated listings
Delists items from all marketplaces once you mark them as sold
Allows for the grouping of product variants
Lets you track your listings on the SellerAider dashboard
Affordable
Mobile-friendly
SellerAider cons:
Doesn’t have autoposting of listings. You need to manually check each listing and then post it
Importing existing listings to SellerAider and merging all duplicate listings is a tedious process
Opens a new tab for each listing, which slows down your computer when cross listing in bulk. In fact, the app itself asks you to limit cross listing in bulk
You need to pay extra for the automation tools available under the “Grow” plans
Bottom line: SellerAider is an OK option for UK sellers who need access to certain niche websites, such as Instagram, Vestiaire Collective, and Shpock, but it's not a tool for serious cross listing.
Zipsale
Pricing: Starts at $61/month or £45/month + VAT (or $52/month or £38/month + VAT when billed annually)
Free trial: Free version available for up to 30 items per month

Zipsale is a cross listing tool specifically designed for UK sellers that supports a total of 8 marketplaces, including Shopify, Vinted, and Facebook Marketplace.
Notably, it doesn’t support platforms such as Poshmark that don’t have a UK variant.
After you sign up to Zipsale, you’ll have to connect all of your marketplaces to the app. Once that’s done, you can import your existing inventory or create a new listing to cross list.
Importing is easy and only requires a few clicks. You can import all of your existing listings at once, or hide certain listings that you don’t wish to bring on.
Zipsale has a dashboard where you can manage all of your listings. The app also shows whether a particular item has been listed on your connected marketplaces or not.

If you want to cross list a listing, just locate the listing and click on the List button available under the marketplace you want to post it to. Zipsale will automatically list the product.
However, auto listing is available only for certain marketplaces (indicated by a purple List button).
If you want to list from Vinted to eBay, this won’t be possible as eBay requires more listing information than Vinted.
In such cases, you’ll have to click the Edit to List button. Zipsale will now open a listing form with all the existing data copied over.
You’ll have to manually fill in all the missing information and post the listing.
Zipsale also allows for bulk actions, such as mass listing, editing, delisting and relisting, and scheduling.
There’s also an auto delist feature (for all platforms except Facebook Marketplace) that removes sold items from all the marketplaces it’s listed on.
The app also boasts a handy “sell similar” feature to speed up your listing creation process.
If you sell handmade pottery, you can select a random pottery listing, bring it into Zipsale, and edit it to match your item.
As far as we know, Zipsale and Crosslist are the only tools that offer autoposting to Vinted in the UK.
However, the catch with Zipsale does seem to be that they are suffering from severe QA issues, as indicated by one of their Trustpilot reviews:
Absolutely no response in weeks from anyone in the company via tickets, FB group or emails. There are constant issues on Zipsale that take forever to get fixed, it seems like Zipsale is struggling. I have moved over to another crosslister that actually responds to their customers. Considering I've been with Zipsale for 3 years, I find the lack of communication disgusting, spent thousands of pounds with the company, could have shown some more respect
Had to get a chargeback from my bank as Zipsale ignored my cancellation requests— Cerys Kelly
Their average rating is only 2.6/5, while Crosslist hovers around 4.5/5, indicating a difference in quality and customer satisfaction.
Zipsale pros:
Designed specifically for UK sellers
Super easy to import, cross list, edit, delist and relist in bulk
Has background auto posting of listings
Auto delists sold items to prevent accidental double-selling
Has a “sell similar” feature to help you create listings easily
Comes with an add-on to help you create offers
Zipsale cons:
Cannot be used by sellers based out of the UK
Doesn’t support multi-variant listings
Lacks intuitive features, such as AI-generated listings
Can’t be used on mobile
A bit costly when compared to other cross listing tools
Plagued by QA issues as indicated by multiple bad reviews
Bottom line: Zipsale seems like a good option on paper for UK sellers, but caution is advised based on their latest reviews.
Voolist
Pricing: Starts at $14.99/month (or $12.5/month when billed annually)
Free trial: 14-day money-back guarantee

Voolist is a cross listing tool that supports 7 marketplaces, namely Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.
While it’s great that Voolist caters to sellers who have their own e-commerce stores, its lack of support for some popular online marketplaces such as Vinted is very limiting.
Like Crosslist, Voolist has a one-click import function to bring in any existing inventory. You can import all of your listings at once, no matter the volume.
When it comes to cross listing, Voolist is once again similar to Crosslist and uses the “one form, all platforms” approach. Once a listing is ready, you just have to select all the marketplaces you want to cross list it to.
The cross listing app also lets you make changes to your listings and sync the updates across all platforms.
Voolist also automatically keeps track of your sales and updates your listings for stock details or delists items on its own. This prevents you from over-selling.
You also don’t have to constantly keep monitoring and updating your stocks units manually.

A few other intuitive features of Voolist include its smart writing assistant which generates SEO-friendly product descriptions for you.
The cross listing app also gives you real-time analytics to help you monitor your e-commerce store performance.
You can also customize some of your shop settings, such as adding various currency and unit measurements. Add default shipping, payment, and return policies and get them automatically applied to all of your listings!
Voolist pros:
Supports cross listings for sellers who have their own e-commerce stores
Uses the super easy “one form, all platforms” approach, so you won’t be stuck filling out form after listing form
Lets you import and cross list your listings in bulk
Creates AI-generated listings for you
Automatically tracks your sales and syncs your inventory and delists items when sold out
Gives you store performance analytics
Offers free hosting for all of your product images
Lets you set default shipping, returns, and payment policies
Allows for customizations of currencies and measurement units
Affordable
Voolist cons:
Doesn’t support popular online marketplaces for UK sellers such as Vinted, which makes it non-viable for UK sellers
Auto delisting option may glitch (as is the case with this feature in general), which might cause you to accidentally over-sell
We couldn’t find many reviews for Voolist (other than what’s available on their website), so it’s hard to say whether users like it or not
Bottom line: While Voolist is definitely a strong contender when it comes to the top cross listing apps for UK sellers, its lack of platform support restricts its reach.
So, this app is a good option for you if you only sell on the platforms it supports. If you need support for any additional platforms, you will have to pick a different cross listing tool.
Vendoo
Pricing: Starts at £16.99/month with the most expensive plan sold for £49.99/month
Free trial: Has a free plan that supports 5 listings per month

Vendoo is a cross listing app that supports 11 marketplaces, and it does technically support UK variants for some of them. So as a UK seller, you can cross list to eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, and a few others.
However, they recently discontinued support for Vinted, which makes the app less viable for UK sellers.
In addition to that, the price that they charge for UK sellers is also much steeper than the price they charge in the US. In the US, unlimited cross listing is available at $14.99/month, while in the UK, their most expensive plan (£49.99/month) only comes with 600 listings per month.

In terms of features, cross listing with Vendoo is quite complicated.
First, you need to fill out a common listing form called the “Vendoo form.” Then, you have to select all of the marketplaces you want to post that listing to.
Now, Vendoo will open a separate form for each marketplace you selected, prompting you to fill in platform-specific information. Imagine having to fill out form after form when you’re cross listing to multiple marketplaces in bulk!
Vendoo does support multi-quantity listing and comes with a sales detection feature that automatically delists your listings for you once they’re sold out. You also get reminders about stale listings so that you know it's time to relist them.
Vendoo's autodelist also has a track record of not working as advertised. Their Trustpilot page has multiple reviews reporting double-selling due to failed autodelist, with sellers having to cancel orders and risk account strikes on marketplaces. Before committing, check whether these issues have been resolved.
Vendoo pros:
Has auto posting in the background
Lets you bulk edit up to 240 listings at once
Comes with a centralized inventory management dashboard
Features an AI listing generator
Sales detection and autodelisting for 5+ marketplaces
Tracks your sales and automatically delists items from marketplaces once they’re sold out
Gives you detailed analytics
All add-on features are included within the annual plans
Supports the uploading of video listings
Vendoo cons:
No support for Vinted
Cross listing is tedious and time-consuming, with you having to fill out platform-specific information in different forms
Background removals are capped per plan
Very expensive in UK compared to US
Bottom line: While Vendoo is an important player in the US, their UK offer seems lacking: no Vinted support and a steep price for a limited amount of listings puts it behind Crosslist in terms of value for money. If you're weighing the two specifically for the UK market, here's a fuller breakdown of how Crosslist compares as a Vendoo alternative.
Fluf
Pricing: Starts at $26 (or £19) per month
Free trial: 30 days

Fluf is a cross listing app that supports a total of 6 marketplaces, including Tilt, UK’s top community marketplace for buying and selling, and Temu.
Like Crosslist, Fluf also lets you fill out a single listing form and simply select all the marketplaces you want to post it to. You can also set platform-specific info (such as custom prices, etc.) if you want to.
Already have an inventory? Import it to Fluf through a CSV file.
Any changes you make sync to all channels automatically (except Vinted). You can even change your order status and update your tracking info on Fluf, and it’ll reflect on the original listing as well.
There’s also an AI assistant to help you generate listings quickly.
Fluf also offers several automations to save time. These include auto delisting, the automatic sending of offers to buyers, and smart relisting which relists 1/30th of your store every day!
Some other intuitive features include bulk editing, bulk price changes, and performance analytics.
Fluf pros:
Follows the “one form, many marketplaces” approach that makes cross listing easy
Has AI-generated listings
Smart relisting
Auto delists and syncs your inventory for you
Has smart automations that save time
Analyzes your sales
Mobile-friendly
Fluf cons:
Supports only few marketplaces
You need to pay $133 (or £99) per month if you want to cross list more than 1,000 listings. Note that this price is for a maximum of 5,000 listings. If you go beyond that, it becomes even more expensive
Bottom line: Fluf is a solid option for UK sellers looking to automate their cross listing. It’s also affordable so long as you only cross list a maximum of 1,000 listings per month.
Beyond that, it gets very expensive, so it’s on you to do a cost-benefit analysis.
Verdict: Which cross listing app is the best for UK sellers?
Crosslist is, undoubtedly, the best cross listing app for UK sellers. Out of all the apps we saw, it’s the only tool that:
Supports the most number of marketplaces for UK sellers
Truly reduces friction from your e-commerce business

Automates the listing process without any manual intervention needed from your side
Is affordable

You need to pay $133 (or £99) per month if you want to cross list more than 1,000 listings. Note that this price is for a maximum of 5,000 listings. If you go beyond that, it becomes even more expensive
Bottom line: Fluf is a solid option for UK sellers looking to automate their cross listing. It’s also affordable so long as you only cross list a maximum of 1,000 listings per month.
Beyond that, it gets very expensive, so it’s on you to do a cost-benefit analysis.
