Selling on StockX is a bit different compared to selling on other platforms. For starters, buyers and sellers are anonymous to each other. You also don’t have to take any product photos! That’s right. Simply search for your item name on StockX, select it, set the price, and create your listing.

StockX Listing

You can set an “Ask” price or let potential buyers place bids and sell it to the highest bidder. Once you make a sale, you will ship your item to StockX. They’ll verify and authenticate your item before sending it to the buyer.

As your account sales increase, you will level up and unlock additional benefits (including lower fees). But, keep in mind that this resets every quarter, so you must maintain your sales to stay on the same level. You can also connect your Shopify account to StockX. Before you start selling, you need to set up a virtual “booth” which is where all of your items will be displayed. The platform also advertises your products on your behalf. You won’t have to pay anything until you make a sale through one of these advertisements!
